What does the KOLT&CO London Global Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers everything we state won't happen to your KOLT&CO piece. 

Starting to see tarnishing or fading on your item? We'll replace it.

Just email a photo of the item to our support team at info@koltlondon.com along with your order number and we'll process a replacement item for you or KOLT&CO London store credit to spend on something else from our store.

No questions asked, no judgement, no fuss.

* Our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we state won't happen, if your KOLT&CO piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty.

 

Can I get my KOLT&CO pieces wet?

We have ensured that our products are made from the highest quality and most durable materials. Our chains are waterproof but like all precious metals, to maintain our pieces for a longer lifespan, you will want to keep away from any harsh chemicals. We do recommend that you dry your item as soon as possible using a cloth towel after getting wet.

Every single KOLT&CO product is waterproof, sweat-proof and heatproof.

 

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic. You can wear your KOLT&CO pieces 24/7, and never have to worry about developing a rash or green skin. Our products do not contain nickel.

 

When will you be restocking an item that's out of stock?

We restock items regularly, but we recommend that you sign up for product stock notification via the product page so you can be notified as soon as it arrives back in stock to avoid disappointment.

 

What are KOLT&CO pieces made from?

All KOLT&CO products are made of premium 316L stainless steel with industry leading 5 coats of rhodium/18k gold plating. Our jewellery is water, sweat resistant, so there is no discolouring or tarnishing. It's also hypoallergenic which means no green skin, as it does not contain nickel.

Please note that it is advised to remove your KOLT&CO piece before entering a sauna or steam room due to extremely high temperatures.

 

How are KOLT&CO pieces packaged?

All KOLT&CO pieces are delivered to you in our luxury signature packaging, then sent in a bubble protected envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What’s special about the products / Why are they more expensive?


Elite Club pieces are limited number limited edition products, never to be restocked. Each piece has been custom designed by our designers or celebrity collaboration artists- the detailing is incredible on these unique items.

 

How do I track my order?

 

If you haven't received your tracking number after 48 hours from purchase, please contact our support team at info@koltcolondon.com

 

Can I change the style, color or size of a purchased product after an order is placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@koltcolondon.com immediately after purchase during the hours of 9:00 - 17:00 (GMT) for the best chance of us catching the order before it has began the despatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouses, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours. In the case that we're unable to amend your order, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of couriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible at the most reasonable prices. Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to courier delays and may take slightly longer to get to the delivery address.

 

Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

Yes, we do allow shipping to PO boxes, simply enter the PO Box details at the delivery stage of our checkout. 

 

EU Customs Charges

Due to Brexit, there may be instances where a small customs fee is applied to orders placed from outside the UK. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we are unable to predict if or how much you will be charged. The amount depends on the destination country and its respective government regulations.

When placing an order on our website with a shipping address located outside of the UK, please be aware that you may be liable for any potential customs fees, as we are unable to cover this cost for you. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and it's important to note that this fee is not received by us. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. 

 

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

UK orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order has been despatched.

Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Europe

Orders made from European Countries are despatched via our UK warehouse. Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

UK Returns Policy

At KOLT&CO, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item/s must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a re-sellable condition. Any returns after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund. However, If you return an item after this time, we’ll be happy to hook you up with store credit. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary. 

If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honour your return with store credit. 

Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.

Please also be aware that UK return parcels are now subject to an admin fee of £3, which will be deducted from your refund.

What’s the status of my exchange?

Your exchange request will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date that your return has been received back at our warehouse. Once your exchange has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your new tracking information.

 

How do i return a gift?

If possible, try to get the order number and shipping zip code from the person you received the gift from to begin the return process by emailing our team.

Why isn’t there a returns form with my order?

We're super conscious of the impact on our planet so we have made the decision to make our returns process completely paperless by ensuring that our returns are made entirely digital. This includes the removal of returns cards from KOLT&CO orders.

 

How long will my return/exchange take?

As soon as we receive your returned item/s we will start to process your exchange within 3 -5 days. You will be notified via email and SMS that your return has been received.

 

Do i have to pay for a return?

We currently do not provide 'free' returns, instead we ship your exchange item back out to you completely free of charge. We do not provide refunds on postage costs originally paid when you ordered.

 

My return hasn’t been received?

Not to worry! Sometimes the courier may misplace orders / returns but as long as you can provide a receipt for the postage you paid to return your item/s back to us, we'll provide you with KOLT&CO store credit. Without the postage receipt, we aren't able to process any return requests if the return has been lost in transit back to our warehouse.
